you skilfully took the bunch of us poms irish french and german tourists (all quiet and reserved at 8am) and turned us into best mates for the day
i think we were keen for the day to keep going and were all sad to see our new family disappear from the bus
would love to have the day all over again and wish everyone well in their ongoing travels

The on the Wallaby tour was one of my highlights in Oz! Despite the cyclonic weather we continued to have a great time! Absolutely loved the second day cycling and canoeing tour with Jed and Damo. Would totally reccomend the trip to anyone, everyone is so friendly, the accomadation is really good and the showers are amazing! lol. The only issue I had was the lack of normal Boost bars on sale due to one of the staff members devouring the stock! lol. Other than that On the Wallaby is definetley one of the best and organised trips in Oz!

I stayed in the hostel for one night had a great time. The first day we had bart who knew everthing about the rain forest and also knew the word for turtle in every lanugue you can think of if you get him try it. The next day we had mat who is a pretty cool guy and he took us on a 15km bike ride through the forest and then for a cano along a flooded dam.I cant say enough things bout on the wallaby, you get a very detailed trip through the forest and its very personal because there are small numbers in each groupe. If anyone is thinkin bout doin it i would strongly recomemded doin the over night trip it was very relaxin and nice to get out of cairns for a night. Its defently one of the highlights of my trip

We stayed for two nights at On the Wallaby and had a BLAST. After staying in hostels, we were really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the lodge, and our tour guides were really fun and knowledgeable. The rainforest and surrounding areas were gorgeous, obviously, but it was really nice to also do a tour that was a bit more active and adventure filled.
The night canoeing was especially cool, and is really worth the extra charge. A special thanks to Damien -you were a fantastic guide!

This was a fantastic trip and i'm so glad i did it. I was a bit unsure about it as most of my friends were going to cape tribulation, and i hadn't heard much about it, but it was the best two days. Damien was the best tour guide i've met, made my time there really relaxed and chilled out after hectic nights out in cairns. Got to see a tree kangaroo, and loved the biking and canoeing! Did meet one member of staff who had some pretty scary and possibly inappropriate stories, but everything else was excellent!

So here I am back again for a short visit after only some days away showing friends such a lovely place.I had heard bad reports about the trip and wasn't going to come but thankfully I am so happy I did.Damien did a great fun day.So lucky to see 3 tree kangaroos with one on the ground.I thought they were a joke animal!I also liked the silly canoe games the most.I did meet the guy who I heard about and he is weird like they said.So have fun everyone and see a tree jumping kangaroo for me!
