Night Canoeing

Our most popular tour! Enjoy a moonlit paddle under the stars on Lake Tinaroo 900 meters above Cairns to discover nocturnal rainforest animals. 80% of Australia's wildlife is active at night as it is
feeding time.

Wildlife likely to be seen includes: Lumholtz’s Tree-Kangaroo (YES! A real Kangaroo that lives in our rainforest canopy. Amazing!) Ring tail and Brush tail possums, Carnivorous possums, wallabies, red legged pademelons, bandicoots, gliders, snakes and platypuses.

Whether it's your 1st or tenth time canoeing we will make sure you're comfortable and provide you with all of your equipment including; life jackets, torches and of course your canoe and paddle. Our expert guide will give a briefing prior to departure on what to look for and how to maximize your time out there.

A very enchanting and uplifting experience not to be missed, all from the comfort of a canoe! Departs nightly at 8 p.m. Three people minimum. $30 per person.
